Arrive in Reno, Nevada

  • Check in at the Peppermill Resort Spa Casino using your confirmation email or name.
  • A $100 meal credit is applied to your hotel room for use at any on-site restaurants or cafés.

8:00 A.M. - 4:15 P.M.

  • 8:00 AM – Shuttle pickup at the lobby entrance (to the right of the valet)

Lake Tahoe Exploration Schedule:

9:45 A.M. - 4:00 P.M.

  • 9:45 AM – Shuttle pickup outside of the Peppermill lobby
  • 11:30 AM – Lunch at Riva Grill on the Lake with scenic views
  • 1:30 PM – Group activities including:
    • Lake Tahoe Harbor
    • Scenic Gondola Ride
    • Heavenly Village
  • Nevada State Beach (time permitting)
  • 4:00 PM – Shuttle returns to Peppermill
  • Evening free for dinner; coordinate plans with your Lucetta Regional Sales Manager or Rep

Resort check out between 4:15AM - 11:30PM

  • Check out of the Peppermill Resort

    - Complimentary shuttle to Reno-Tahoe International Airport departs every 30 minutes from 4:15 AM to 11:30 PM

Notice: 

 

Attendees are responsible for purchasing their own airfare, while all landed expenses are fully covered. Upon check-in, each guest will receive a $100 meal voucher for use during their stay, and a shuttle service will be provided for transportation between the airport, hotel, and all scheduled training events.

Each training attendee needs to register separately with their own information (i.e. email, food restrictions, etc.). This helps us coordinate hotel rooms, transportation, food, social events, and training materials.
