Grazing Lighting
A precise linear grazing fixture can enliven textured surfaces, projecting a narrow beam of light without creating any visual glare.
Downward pocket-mounted
Position the linear grazing light approximately 9-18" from the wall to be grazed. Aim the fixture carefully to provide the right amount of contrast, and conceal the fixture in a small (4" x 4") pocket or behind a small valence so that it is not directly visible.

Washing Lighting
Wash walls with linear optics to define rooms and turn dark walls into features. Use high output lights with a dimmer to keep the light versatile from day to night.
Downward pocket-mounted
Position the linear wall washing light approximately 12-18" from the wall to be washed. Aim the fixture carefully to extend the light as smoothly as possible down the wall, and conceal the fixture in a small (4" deep) pocket or behind a small valence so that it is not directly visible.
